Choc-et?

I have been a bad blogger lately. We've been pretty busy since we moved into our new house and I started a new job. I've been unpacking, decorating, and getting organized so blogging has been low on my priority list, but I think I've finally gotten enough home projects done that I can stop for a while, and I'm starting to settle in to my new job at Highland as the Nursery Coordinator. The job opened up at just the right time, and is a perfect fit for me as a mom since I can drop Ava off at YCW and then work right there at the church (which is half a mile from my house.) I'm loving not having to fight traffic and being able to run up to the church for an hour here and there to work on things.
On to the story that my title refers to. . .
This afternoon, Ava who is almost 19 months now and surprising us with new words everyday, was playing in her playroom as I unpacked groceries in the kitchen. I had gotten some Easter candy for her class at school, and very discretely helped myself to one of the chocolates. She was in the other room and I thought I had gotten away with it. A couple of minutes later, Ava came in the room and I picked her up. She leaned in and smelled my breath, and said, "Choc-et?" She caught me! I thought it was so cute that I had to give her a little piece. She's a girl after my own heart. Chocolate is my weakness, and it seems to be Ava's too!
